These plates are ideal for a variety of colorimetric techniques, such as ELISA, which are performed in a 96-well format. Immulon polystyrene plastics provide a consistent surface for reproducible results over a variety of binding affinities.
Immulon 1 B exhibits a consistent medium binding affinity to proteins and complexes primarily with hydrophobic tendencies. Immulon 2 HB is an irradiated plate that provides higher binding affinity. Immulon 4 HBX features a unique resin that offers maximum protein uptake with enhanced precision and guaranteed coefficient of variation (CV) of <5%.
Choose from plates, Removawell* Assemblies and Strips for custom formatting, and Dividastrip* Assemblies with 2x8 strips that separate into two 1x8 strips.
