Rugged, one-inch thick walls of insulation require no outer shipping box or container.

Polystyrene foam mailer provides adequate space for a variety of vials, tubes, or bottles. Interlocking cover and body, with tape grooves, ensures safe mailing.

The 227g (8oz.) U-tek* refrigerant pack fits perfectly into the top half. The pack is a clean, melt-proof, leakproof, reusable alternative to wet or dry ice. The refrigerant is a gel when thawed and will not leak even when punctured. Product is harmless to handle and ideal for use with ThermoSafe insulated shippers. The -1.1°C (30°F) formulation is for use with refrigerated products. Constructed of a laminated metallized polyethylene film.

The economy pack includes 24 Mini-Mailers and thirty-six 227g (8oz.) U-tek refrigerant packs.
