Product Info for BD Vacutaine® Barricor™ Plasma Blood Collection Tubes, Li Heparin, Lime Cap

BD Vacutainer Barricorevacuated blood collection tubes have a mechanical separator which makes them ideal for collection, separation, transport and processing of venous blood specimens. Barricor™ Tubes contain the same additive amount as in BD Vacutainer PST, PST II, or Lithium Heparin tubes. Barricor tubes have a longer shelf life than gel separator tubes, up to 18 months. The low Zinc stopper under the Hemogard™ stopper makes these tubes compatible with Zinc testing.
