Product Category Description:

Dual CFC- and HCFC-free refrigeration systems, one with 1/4hp and one with 1/3hp, cool collector to –84°C (–119°F). Equipped with a mechanically refrigerated coil, automatic one-button start-up to initiate collector and vacuum, dual LCD screens for vacuum and collector temperatures with LED “waves” to indicate proper conditions, a 7.6cm (3") diameter port for connection of accessories, and a 22.9cm (9") condenser drain hose.

Systems remove 1.8L of water in 24 hours and hold 2.5L of ice before defrosting. Systems also feature a red alarm light to indicate any abnormal system events such as power failure or improper line voltage supply, a moisture sensor that detects moisture in the collector chamber area, a vacuum break valve that bleeds air into the system when power to dryer or vacuum pump is shut off, and a RS-232 port.

Ordering Information: Models include a three-wire cord with a 20A plug (208/230V models have a 15A plug) and a 1.9cm (3/4") I.D. vacuum hose with two clamps for connection to a vacuum pump. All models require a drying chamber or manifold and a vacuum pump with a displacement of at least 86L/min. Accessories sold separately.
