Product Category Description:

For carrying and dispensing flammable liquids safely.

Spout cap is controlled by a strong, nonrusting spring that holds the cap tight to prevent leakage or evaporation, but permits excessive gas pressure to escape and automatically closes cap when pressure is relieved. Pressing the open device allows liquid to be poured from the “no spill” pouring lip.

Made of heavy-gauge galvanized steel, finished in red baked-on powder coating. Brass flame arrester in spout absorbs and dissipates heat, keeping vapor temperature below flash point. Brass pour spout. Available in five standard Type I safety can sizes. Three sizes are available with 22.8cm (9") long HDPE detachable funnel. The 18.9L (5gal.) size is available in blue (for kerosene storage) or yellow finish (for diesel storage).

UL listed. FM approved. Complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106, 1925.152 and NFPA Code 30.
